Product Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with an Old Barn Reclaimed Wood Co. product, the following rules apply in determining return options.

If, at the time of shipment, a product is materially different from that described on a signed proposal or applicable specification sheet and we are notified within 5 days, Old Barn reclaimed will, at its option:

Replace the non-conforming product
Refund the purchase price of the product that does not conform to specification sheets or proposal document.

Products deemed to be non-conforming with specification sheets or proposal documents must be returned to Old Barn Reclaimed Wood prior to a refund or replacement of the products. Customer is responsible for incurring freight costs for returning items

Products cannot be returned more than 7 days after receiving shipment. Products that have been processed or altered in any way cannot be returned.

Product returns must be handled by the customer to which Old Barn Reclaimed Wood Co. Sold the products. We have no contractual relationship with or obligation to parties other than those with whom it has entered into a direct agreement by means of a signed proposal.
