Ordering Old Barn products is easy. We regularly ship internationally direct from the factory. We do not operate a retail facility so we can pass the savings on to you. To order or ask questions about our reclaimed wood products, E-mail us indicating the products you are interested in. If you would like suggestions for style based on your project, we can help. If you have any questions, such as aesthetics, durability, or other specifics such as freight cost please dont hesitate to ask. Many customers request samples for products such as flooring which are easily shipped. If you would like a sample, or multiple samples, to help your decision making process, don't hesitate to ask. We will send one free of charge.
Once a decision has been made, provide us with the specifics of the order. A written quote will be issued at that point. Written quotes for materials and shipping are valid for 30 days. Otherwise, prices are subject to change without notice - particularly shipping charges.
When you are ready to place an order, please email us to let us know you are ready. Please provide a time that would be good to speak via telephone so we can iron out any final questions, as well take your pertinent information in a secure fasion. Once we have all of the requisite information, we will email an Acknowledgment of the order Please look it over carefully for accuracy and completeness and send us a confirmation.
