Heart Pine Beams are the grandaddy of all wood beams.  Heart pine beams consist of the dense heart wood from the virtually extinct Longleaf Southern Yellow Pine tree.  When the colonists first settled in the Southeastern United States, the forests looked much different than they do today.  The "Longleaf" pine was the dominant softwood in the temperate forest.  Today, these wood beams have an amazing story to tell.  The growth rings are dense and amber hue is beautiful.  Heart pine beams are available in many sizes.  Contact us today about your project.
