 Hard Rock Elm is one of the owner’s personal favorite reclaimed floor products.  Characterized by its light color with dark streaks, Rock Elm is a perfect accent for contemporary and modern reclaimed floor applications.  Rock Elm is the hardest and heaviest of all elm trees.  The lumber was highly sought after in North America and Europe because of its strength and durability.  Common uses for Rock Elm Lumber were ship building, furniture, agricultural tools, and musical instruments.  Our Hard Rock flooring product is derived from beautiful reclaimed barn wood lumber and timbers, primarily in the Northern Mid-West.  Reclaimed Rock Elm is similar to maple in appearance.  Hard Rock Reclaimed Antique Elm is available in widths up to 12” wide.
